nationwide basis.
Obviously, the location and condition of each investment property, and the quality of the tenant, is a fundamental
part to achieving a successful property portfolio of income producing assets for the long term.
The lease period is also paramount, as the minimum binding lease period that we require is ten years, in order to
obtain the lowest interest rate of Institutional finance. The tenant in general, has to be highly rated for investment purposes, and they are normally of the
triple A category. This is to ensure that the rental payments are paid in a timely manner.
